The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure the performance of Peruvian equity securities as well as securities of companies that are headquartered in Peru and have the majority of their operations based in Peru. The fund is non-diversified.

ECH Description The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Chile IMI 25/50 Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index is an index designed to measure the broad-based equity market in Chile. The underlying index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Santiago Stock Exchange. The fund is non-diversified.
