The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. Dividend and Free Cash Flow Yield Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and depositary receipts representing index components. The index is designed to provide exposure to the constituents of the S&P Developed BMI Ex-U.S. & Korea LargeMidcap Index that exhibit both high dividend yield and sustainable dividend distribution characteristics, while maintaining diversified sector exposure.

The underlying index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Components primarily include financial, information technology and materials companies. The fund is non-diversified.
