The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE Argentina 20 Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure equity performance of the top 20 companies within the investable universe of Argentina-domiciled companies or companies that have substantial revenues or assets in Argentina. The fund is non-diversified.

PSJ Description
The PowerShares Dynamic Software Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Software IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index is designed to provide capital appreciation by thoroughly evaluating companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 30 US software companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the research, design, production or distribution of products or processes that relate to software applications and systems and information-based services. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.Grade (RS Rating)
