As of December 31, 2012, the company owned an interest in 4,953 net productive oil and gas wells. Its proved oil and gas reserves totaled 2.3 trillion cubic feet equivalent, consisting of 1.3 trillion cubic feet of gas and 168 million barrels of oil and natural gas liquids, primarily located in the Mid-Continent and Permian Basin regions. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
