Wireless Telecom Group, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the design, development, and manufacture of noise source products, electronic testing and measurement instruments, and passive microwave components to commercial and government customers in the electronics industry. The company operates through two segments, Test and Measurement, and Network Solutions. It offers noise source products, including components and instruments used as a method to provide wide band signals for telecommunication and defense applications, and as a stable reference standard for instruments and systems, including radar and satellite communications. The company also offers a line of broadband test sources to cable television and cable modem industries, such as measurement solutions for CATV equipment, data-over-cable, and digital TV. In addition, it designs and produces electronic test and measurement equipment, such as power meters, voltmeters, capacitance meters, audio and modulation meters, and passive intermodulation test equipment for cellular transmission signals, as well as accessory products. Further, Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. designs and manufactures RF and microwave components, including neutral host DAS and co-siting combiner solutions, hybrid couplers and hybrid matrices, cross band couplers, attenuators, RF terminations, and RF power splitters and diplexers, as well as RF combiners and broadband combiner boxes for distributed antenna systems, the in-building wireless solutions industry, the radio base-station market, and the medical equipment sector. The company sells its products through its in-house sales people, as well as through manufacturers' representatives and distributors worldwide. Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey.
