It operates primarily in the Rocky Mountains, Permian Basin, Mid-Continent, Michigan, and Gulf Coast regions. The company primarily sells oil and gas to end users, marketers, and other purchasers. As of December 31, 2012, its estimated proved reserves totaled 378.8 million barrels equivalent of oil; and had interests in 10,218 gross productive wells in approximately 1,277,400 gross developed acres. The company was founded in 1980 and is based in Denver, Colorado.
