It primarily serves Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. As of December 31, 2012, the company conducted business at 13 full service banking locations and 1 operations center. Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
