Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd., an independent power producer, through its subsidiaries, develops, owns, and operates solar parks in the downstream solar market. The company owns and operates 51.8 megawatts (MW) of solar parks, including 23.0 MW in Greece, 18.6 MW in Japan, 5.6 MW in the Czech Republic, 3.7 MW in Bulgaria, and 0.9 MW in Spain. It also sells solar energy systems, including pipelines to utility companies, independent power developers and producers, commercial and industrial companies, and other solar energy system owners. In addition, the company is involved in the engineering design; construction contracting and management; and procurement of PV modules, balance-of-system components, and other components, as well as building and transferring solar parks. Further, it provides operation and maintenance services for solar parks, as well as sells solar modules. The company was formerly known as Sky Power Holdings Ltd. and changes its name to Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. in June 2014. The company was incorporated in 2013 and is based in Central, Hong Kong. Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sky Power Group Ltd.
