The investment seeks performance results that correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones U.S. Thematic Market Neutral Size Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stock, including the short positions, in the Target Size Index.
