Randolph Bancorp, Inc. operates as the holding company for Randolph Savings Bank that provides financial services to individuals, families, and small to mid-size businesses in Massachusetts. It offers noninterest-bearing demand deposits, such as checking accounts; interest-bearing demand accounts comprising NOW and money market accounts; savings accounts and certificates of deposit; individual retirement accounts; and money market accounts. The company also provides one-to four-family residential mortgage loans, commercial real estate loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, commercial and industrial loans, construction loans, and consumer loans, as well as investment securities. In addition, it offers remote deposit capture products for business customers to meet their online banking needs. The company operates through five full-service banking offices located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts; and two lending offices located in each of Bristol County and Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Randolph Bancorp, Inc. was founded in 1851 and is headquartered in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Randolph Bancorp, Inc. is a subsidiary of Randolph Bancorp (MHC).
