The company operates through following segments: Media and Entertainment, Real Estate, Professional Services, Transportation, Construction, Consumer Services and Marine and Energy. The Media and Entertainment segment offers solutions to customers engaged directly in the film production, live media and sports sectors. The Real Estate segment supports management of buildings, multifamily residential properties or mixed use urban buildings. The Professional Services segment offers professional liability and commercial insurance products to customers that sell professional advice or services, generally requiring a specialized license. The Transportation segment involves the transportation of either passengers or freight. The Construction segment focuses primarily on customers in several key areas of the construction trade. The Consumer Services segment works with a number of consumer-centric organizations, including many not-for-profit organizations. The Marine and Energy segment offers an array of coverages to customers that own or service assets in the maritime trades, the upstream energy space both on and off shore and the solar energy sector. The company was founded by Joseph J. Beneducci and Lawrence Hannon in 2009 and is headquartered in Morristown, NJ.
