Prudential Bancorp, Inc. of Pennsylvania operates as the bank holding company for Prudential Savings Bank that provides various financial products or services in Pennsylvania. The company’s deposit products include checking, interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing, money market, savings, and certificates of deposit accounts. Its loan portfolio comprises single-family residential mortgage loans, construction and land development loans, non-residential or commercial real estate mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, commercial business loans, and consumer loans. The company also offers life insurance products and mortgage-backed securities, as well as provides ATM and on-line banking services. As of November 16, 2012, it operated a main office; five full-service branch offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and one full-service branch office in Drexel Hill in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 1886 and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prudential Bancorp, Inc. of Pennsylvania is a subsidiary of Prudential Mutual Holding Company.
