As of November 16, 2012, it operated a main office; five full-service branch offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and one full-service branch office in Drexel Hill in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 1886 and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prudential Bancorp, Inc. of Pennsylvania is a subsidiary of Prudential Mutual Holding Company.
