The company also provides ChartsPro, a Web-based EHR solution; integrated clinical decision support tools, insurance eligibility verification, and patient engagement and education materials; automated prescription and lab connectivity services; and ancillary services comprising Web development and hosting, transcription, and coding and consulting services. It serves healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff that render bills for their services. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Somerset, New Jersey.
