In addition, the company operates as an insurance agent and sells life insurance, and credit-life and health insurance products. Further, it provides trust, investment, broker advisory, retirement plan, and private banking services. As of May 10, 2013, it operated 31 full-service retail financial centers in Delaware, Elkhart, Grant, Kosciusko, Randolph, St. Joseph, and Wabash Counties in Indiana; 2 wealth management and trust offices located in Carmel and Crawfordsville, Indiana; and a loan origination office in New Buffalo, Michigan. The company was founded in 1889 and is headquartered in Muncie, Indiana.
