It also provides logistics, supply chain management, and other services to producers and consumers of its products; sub-leases the land on Wabush iron ore mine located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada; and holds 50% interest in the Pea Ridge Iron Ore mine located in Sullivan, Missouri, the United States. In addition, the company offers trade finance and services, including third-party financing and other services, proprietary investing, and real property services. Further, it finances joint ventures; and provides medical services, equipment, and supplies. The company was formerly known as Terra Nova Royalty Corporation and changed its name to MFC Industrial Ltd. in September 2011. MFC Industrial Ltd. was incorporated in 1951 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
