Libbey Inc. engages in the manufacture and marketing of glass tableware products worldwide. The company offers glass tableware products, including tumblers, stemware, mugs, bowls, vases, salt and pepper shakers, shot glasses, canisters, candleholders, and various other items; glass bakeware; handmade glass tableware; and other glass products for original equipment manufacturers, such as blender jars and washing machine windows. It also provides ceramic dinnerware products, which comprise plates, bowls, platters, cups, saucers, and other tableware accessories; metal flatware, including knives, forks, spoons and serving utensils; and metal hollowware, including serving trays, pitchers, and other metal tableware accessories, as well as a line of dinnerware. In addition, the company imports and distributes metal flatware, hollowware, serveware, ceramic dinnerware, glassware, stemware and other drinkware assortments, and decorative products. It offers its products under Libbey, Crisa, Royal Leerdam, World Tableware, Syracuse China, and Crisal Glass brand names. The company markets its products to foodservice distributors, mass merchants, department stores, retail distributors, national retail chains, specialty housewares stores, candle and food packers, decorators, breweries, distilleries, craft industries, gourmet food-packing companies, and customer using glassware for candle and floral applications. Libbey Inc. was founded in 1818 and is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
