The company's loan products comprise short and medium term loans, lines of credit, letters of credit, inventory and accounts receivable financing, commercial real estate construction loans, merchant credit card services, commercial and industrial loans, secured and unsecured loans, consumer installment loans, equipment leasing financing, and mortgage loans. It also offers wire transfer, Internet banking, mobile banking, night depository, cash management, safe deposit, and investment and advisory services. In addition, the company offers securities brokerage services, including mutual funds and variable annuities. As of May 13, 2013, it operated through 46 offices in Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren counties. The company was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Oak Ridge, New Jersey.
