The Company's Education segment produces and delivers educational content and services, including online program management for colleges and universities; and integrated online teaching and learning resources for instructors and students. This segment delivers its content, tools, and resources to students, faculty, and institutions primarily through college bookstores and online distributors. The company was founded in 1807 and is headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey.
