As of June 13, 2013, Hawthorn Bancshares, Inc. offered its products and services through its head office in Jefferson City, as well as through additional locations in Lee's Summit, Springfield, Branson, Independence, Liberty, Raymore, Columbia, Clinton, Windsor, Collins, Osceola, Warsaw, Belton, Drexel, Harrisonville, California, and St. Robert, Missouri. The company was founded in 1865 and is headquartered Jefferson City, Missouri.
