Heritage Oaks Bancorp operates as the holding company for Heritage Oaks Bank that provides banking products and services to small and medium sized businesses, and consumers in California. The company offers deposit products, including interest bearing and non-interest bearing demand deposits, checking and savings accounts, time deposit accounts, individual retirement accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. Its loan products comprise commercial and industrial, agricultural, credit card, and consumer loans; construction and land loans; and real estate secured loans for multi-family, farmland, and 1-4 family residential properties, as well as equity lines of credit and commercial real estate loans. In addition, the company offers residential mortgage banking services, online banking, mobile banking, wire transfers, safe deposit boxes, bank-by-mail, night depository, and other customary banking services, as well as cashiers and travelers checks. As of April 25, 2013, it operated two branch offices in Paso Robles; two branch offices in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria; and single branch offices in Cambria, Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Templeton, and Morro Bay, as well as a loan production office in Oxnard. The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Paso Robles, California.
