The Housekeeping segment offers cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of patient rooms and common areas of client's facility, as well as laundering and processing the personal clothing belonging to the facility's patients. This segment also engages in laundering and processing bed linens, uniforms, and other assorted linen items utilized by a client facility. The Dietary segment is involved in food purchasing; meal preparation; and the provision of professional dietician consulting services, which include the development of a menu that meets the patient's dietary needs. The company also provides maintenance services consisting of repair and maintenance of laundry equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as carpentry and painting services. In addition, it distributes laundry equipment. As of December 31, 2012, the company provided its services to approximately 3,000 facilities in 48 states.
