Guaranty Bancorp operates as the bank holding company for Guaranty Bank and Trust Company that provides various banking products and services to consumers, and small to medium-sized businesses. The company offers various deposit products, such as demand, interest-bearing demand, NOW, money market, IRA, and time deposits, as well as saving accounts and certificates of deposit. Its loan portfolio includes commercial and industrial, commercial and residential real estate, construction, agriculture, and small business administration loans, as well as other consumer loans comprising overdrafts and lines-of-credit. The company also provides wealth management services, including private banking, investment management, and trust services. As of December 31, 2012, it operated 28 branches and 1 investment advisory firm located in Colorado's Front Range, including the Denver metropolitan area. The company was formerly known as Centennial Bank Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Guaranty Bancorp in May 2008. Guaranty Bancorp is based in Denver, Colorado.
