The company also provides wealth management services, including private banking, investment management, and trust services. As of December 31, 2012, it operated 28 branches and 1 investment advisory firm located in Colorado’s Front Range, including the Denver metropolitan area. The company was formerly known as Centennial Bank Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Guaranty Bancorp in May 2008. Guaranty Bancorp is based in Denver, Colorado.
