It also offers commercial and residential construction, commercial, and installment loans; lines secured by home equity; and mortgage loans. The company, through its subsidiary, Banc Compliance Group, Inc., provides risk-based compliance consulting services for financial institutions. Its risk-based compliance consulting services comprise quarterly compliance audit reviews, assistance with written policies and procedures, quarterly HMDA/CRA data integrity audits, annual assistance with the filing of HMDA/CRA LARs with FFIEC, written board reports of compliance audit findings and presentation of such reports, regulatory examination assistance, e-mail notification of regulatory changes/proposed changes, assistance with required annual compliance training, fair lending self-assessment assistance, and CRA performance context. The company operates through various branches in the cities of Brentwood, Spring Hill, and the Cool Springs; and the Westhaven and Berry Farms communities of Franklin, Tennessee, as well as through a mortgage loan production office in Brentwood, Tennessee. Franklin Financial Network, Inc. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee.
