The company operates through 12 full service offices in Chemung, Tompkins, Cayuga, and Steuben counties, New York; 1 limited service office in Tompkins County, New York; 1 limited service office in Cortland County, New York; and 1 cashless branch in Schuyler County, New York. Elmira Savings Bank was founded in 1869 and is based in Elmira, New York.
