The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE® Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") as an equity benchmark for its international stock performance. The underlying index includes stocks from Europe, Australasia and the Far East and, as of June 30, 2012, consisted of the following 22 developed market country indexes or regions.
