DNB Financial Corporation operates as the bank holding company for DNB First, National Association that provides a range of commercial banking products and services to individuals and small to medium sized businesses in southeastern Pennsylvania. It offers deposit products and services, including demand deposits, NOW accounts, savings, tiered savings, time deposits, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts (IRAs). The companys loan portfolio includes secured and unsecured commercial, real estate, and consumer loans; fixed and variable rate loans; funds for the purchase of business property or ventures, working capital lines, small business administration loans, lease financing for equipment, and for various other purposes; and home equity and home mortgages, as well as term loans for the purchase of consumer goods. In addition, it offers cash management, remote capture, commercial sweep accounts, Internet banking, letters of credit, and other lending services; and various investment and insurance products, such as fixed and variable annuities, 401(k) plans, 401(k) rollovers, stocks, self-directed IRAs, bonds, mutual funds, full services brokerage/cash management, long term care insurance, college savings plans, life insurance, estate accounts, disability insurance, 401(k) plans, and self employed pension plans. Further, the company provides wealth management and trust services to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations; investment management, investment advisory, trust administration, custody services, financial planning, trust tax preparation, and client bill paying services; and brokerage and safekeeping services. It has approximately 11 full service branches, 2 limited service branches, and a full-service wealth management group. The company was founded in 1860 and is headquartered in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
