The company’s deposit products include interest-bearing deposits consisting of savings, NOW, money market, and time certificate of deposit accounts; and non-interest bearing demand deposits. Its loans products comprise commercial and industrial loans; real estate construction, land development, and other land loans; equity loans and lines of credit; loans to finance agricultural activities and other loans to farmers; and loans to individuals for household, family, and other personal expenditures. The company also offers domestic and international wire transfers, safe deposit boxes, Internet banking, and other customary banking services. It operates 17 full-service banking offices in Clovis, Fresno, Kerman, Lodi, Madera, Merced, Modesto, Oakhurst, Prather, Sacramento, Stockton, and Tracy. The company was founded in 1979 and is based in Fresno, California.
