It offers various deposit products, including savings accounts, NOW accounts, demand deposits, time deposits, and money market accounts, as well as cash management accounts. The company also offers single and multi-family residential loans, commercial and industrial loans, commercial and residential real estate loans, construction and land development loans, home equity loans, and consumer loans. In addition, it provides automated lockbox collection, cash management, and account reconciliation services to corporate and institutional customers, as well as to the municipal market. Further, the company offers securities brokerage services; and financial services, such as cash management, transaction processing, and short-term financing to municipalities in Massachusetts and the Rhode Island. As of April 9, 2013, it operated 25 banking offices in 19 cities and towns in Massachusetts. The company was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Medford, Massachusetts.
