It operates 31 branches in Central, Southern, and Northwest Oregon, as well as in the greater Boise/Treasure Valley, Idaho area. It serves small to medium-sized businesses, municipalities and public organizations, and professional and consumer relationships. The company was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Bend, Oregon.
