Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, through its subsidiaries, engages in the ownership and operation of integrated natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) pipelines, and storage systems in the United States. The company also transports, stores, gathers, and processes natural gas and NGLs. Its pipeline systems originate from the Gulf Coast region, Oklahoma, and Arkansas; and extend north and east to the midwestern states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio serving various customers, including producers of natural gas, local distribution companies, marketers, electric power generators, industrial users, and interstate and intrastate pipelines. The company owns and operates interconnected natural gas pipelines directly serving customers in the United States, and indirectly serving customers throughout the northeastern and southeastern United States; and NGL pipelines serving customers in Louisiana. As of May 28, 2013, it owned and operated approximately 14,410 miles of natural gas and liquids pipelines; and underground storage caverns with an aggregate working gas capacity of approximately 201 billion cubic feet and liquids capacity of approximately 18 million barrels. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas. Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP is a subsidiary of Boardwalk Pipelines Holding Corp.
