The High Yield 2023 Index is a rules-based index comprised of, as of September 30, 2015, approximately 217 high yield corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2023. It is designed to represent the performance of a held-to-maturity portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds with effective maturities in 2023. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities that comprise the index. It is non-diversified.
