The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies primarily engaged in various aspects of the nuclear energy business. It may also utilize convertible securities and participation notes to seek performance that corresponds to the Nuclear Energy Index. The fund may concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to the extent that the index concentrates in an industry or group of industries. It is non-diversified.

It defines "listed private equity companies" as Leverage Finance Providers and Buyout Firms, Sponsors, and Asset Managers (collectively, "Listed Private Equity Companies") that are listed and traded on a U.S. national securities exchange.
